5 lives and a warp
When you start up the game hold Down, A, B and hit start when your toad appears you will see 5 hearts instead of 3 emediatly headbut the first 2 pigs and jump in the top right corner this warps you to world 3. (Headbunting is done by hitting F, F, B )
